Who we are
Gord Intelligence is a commercial real estate data and analytics company. We sell the answer a desk needs about a market: who owns what, what has traded, who has lent, and where distress is filed.
We compute it from every recorded instrument in a market, and we sell both scales of it - the roll-up across a market, and the one parcel. The owner behind the entity on title, that owner’s portfolio, the loans against it, and everything filed since it last traded.
Commercial real estate is who we are for, and Nevada is the market we cover today.
